For a simple and locally designed Easter decor
While looking for ways to decorate our office space for spring and Easter we quickly noticed that the market is saturated with overly colourful decorations that do nothing more that overload a space.
So, in collaboration with the artist, Melanie Foster, we wanted to create wall decals and wallpapers that would fill a missing space in the market.
GOODBYE to the over-the-top Easter decorations, which many would describe as tacky and HELLO to minimalist, gently coloured products from a local company. In this article, we will present you with a few tips on how to make the best choice, both aesthetically and ethically.
Choose timeless decorations
A great way to ensure that your decor doesn't go out of style after each season is to choose timeless and classic elements. Don't go for fad colours or fashions, otherwise you'll have to change your decorations every year.
For example, this is Vintage Rabbits by Melanie Foster: A classic design available in neutral shades. This design, when included in the right decor, will be beautiful all year round. We love its versatility. It would be perfect in the living room of a farmhouse style home or in a child's bedroom.

Use reusable materials
Another way to create a minimalist (and inexpensive!) Easter decoration is to use sustainable and reusable materials.
For example, our mini Easter collection contains a set of Janot electrostatics. This 7-piece set is ideal for adding a subtle touch of Easter to your decor. Perfect for use in windows, electrostatics vinyl can also be used on mirrors. You could even make a family activity out of it. They are really easy to install and installing and removal causes no damage to the surface. The best part, they are reusable. Store them flat in a dry place and they will stay perfect year after year.

Support local businesses
We can't say it enough; it's more important than ever to encourage the local economy by choosing to buy from our local merchants. Avoid the big box stores and check out our list of great local places to find Easter items and gift ideas.
