Shipping

Is delivery free ?

Free delivery is available on orders of C$120.00 or more (before taxes) with Canada and the US only.

For orders of C$119.99 or less (before taxes) within Canada and the U.S. C$12.00 shipping fees are applicable.

For international orders, shipping fees will vary according to the delivery address and will be calculated according to the final destinations Postal Code / ZIP code.

How long does delivery take ?

Shipping delays include 3 to 7 days for production + 2 to 5 days of shipping within Canada, 4 to 8 days of shipping to the US and up to 32 days for shipping internationally. All production days and shipping days are applicable to work days only and do not take into account weekends or holidays.

Please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Policy concerning fees and delays for packages passing through customs and for all other details on shipping and pick up.

When will i receive my samples ?

Samples are produced within 3 to 7 days of their order.

Samples (Canada and US only) :

Shipping times are from 2 to 5 business days.*.

You will receive your order 5 to 12 business days following the payment of your order.

How do i track my order ?

Once your order is ready for shipping it will be carefully packaged and a tracking # will be assigned and sent to you by email. You can follow your package with this tracking number on the website of the corresponding transport company.

Where do you deliver ?

Printed Decor currently ships to Canada, the US and France. Delivery to other countries is possible but shipping costs will vary accordingly. Please consult our shipping fees and delays for more information.

Can i pick up my order ?

IYes. You are welcome to pick up your order at our workshop in Blainville.

Simple choose Pick up when selecting your shipping option.

Production times are from 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Exchange and refund policy

Are exchanges and refunds accepted ?

Printed Decor will accept returns for the following 2 reasons only:

  • If the product is to be exchanged with another product. An exchange is only possible for wall decals and canvas prints. Please refer to the section Exchanges.
  • If the product has been damaged in transport or has visible production defects. Please refer to the section Refunds (or replacements).

Please send photos of the damaged or defective product to info@decorimprime.com within 7 days of reception of the product. We will be in touch with you.

Can i return or get a refund for a product that has already been installed ?

No. It is the clients responsibility to verify the quality of the article upon reception. Any errors in printing or fabrication are detectable before installation.

Read the instructions carefully, watch the installation video and please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before or during installation. Once the installation is complete, it is too late.

Product information

How many rolls do I need ?
You don't have to calculate the number of rolls to order. All our wallpapers, murals, backsplashes and window films are CUSTOM PRINTED TO YOUR OWN DIMENSIONS (width in inches X height in inches). Simply enter your surface measurements in the appropriate fields on the product page you wish to order. We'll custom print them, cut them in approx. 24 in. rolls and number them for easy installation.

Installation

Can I install a mural myself ?
Yes, absolutely! You can visit the Instructions tab of the menu to view our installation guides and watch our instructional video. With our repositionable adhesive vinyl, installing your mural, wallpaper, backsplash and film will be quick and easy. No need for water or glue. Simply prepare your surface and read the installation guide provided with your order. Rolls are a maximum of 26 in. wide for ease of installation. However, the help of a second person is recommended. The advantage of self-adhesive vinyl is that it is repositionable, meaning that you can stick it on and off during installation without damaging your surface or mural. Do I need glue or water to install my wallpaper?
No. All our wallpapers, murals, backsplashes and wall stickers are printed on self-adhesive peel & stick vinyl. No need for glue or water.
Do your murals/wallpaper cover wall imperfections?
Yes and no. The vinyl used is 0.15 mm thick and therefore only covers minor imperfections. This means that screw holes, paint runs and sanding marks will not be hidden. The textured finish is slightly thicker than the smooth finish. It will therefore cover imperfections a little more.
Can I put a mural/wallpaper over a mirror?
Yes, our self-adhesive vinyl, regardless of finish, is easily installed over a mirror surface. Applying a wallpaper/mural to a mirror will completely hide the mirror. You can also apply a semi-transparent coloured or frosted film on your mirror for a less opaque effect.
Can your products be installed in a bathroom?
Yes, our murals, wallpapers and wall decals are made of moisture-resistant adhesive vinyl. The vinyl will not peel off even with a high humidity level.
Can I install your vinyl over ceramic tiles?
We do not recommend installing our vinyl over ceramic tiles as it will not hide the grout joints between the tiles. In addition, these seams may interfere with the adhesion of the vinyl.

What are your rates for Custom Design?
Please refer to the Custom Projects tab of the menu for more details. Custom rates vary depending on the size of your project. There are no limits to our Graphic Design Studio, but we do require a description of your project before we can share our rates and provide you with a quote.

Affiliation

I am an interior designer, do you offer an affiliate program?
Yes, you can visit the Designer tab on the menu to see all the benefits of our affiliate program for professionals in the design and architecture industry. You can also sign up by completing the application. You will receive a designer discount code once you have completed the application.
I want to work with Printed Decor, how do I go about it?
